Home Fix-and-Flip Loan Program
Financing for investors purchasing and renovating existing manufactured homes on owned land in North Carolina or Existing site-built homes or duplexes.
Program Overview
We provide funding for investors acquiring existing homes that need renovation and resale. Our focus is on practical projects with clear scopes of work, realistic budgets, and strong resale potential.

If a manufactured home flip, the home must be permanently affixed and classified as real property. This can be done at closing. Also, the home must have never been moved from its original location once moved and set from factory.
